Breakfast:
Fruit smoothie (Frozen fruit and water)
Lunch:
Apple + Big green salad with low calorie dressing
Romaine lettuce, spinach, live sprouts, mushrooms, tomatoes
Tangerine
Dinner:
1 cup brown rice
Steamed mixed veggies
4 slices of broiled tofu with soy sauce and a little sesame oil
I was a little loopy by dinner. Don't know if I'll be able to work out at night following this plan.
